Blue Wren with metallic feathers

This original watercolour featuring a blue fairywren is a fun artwork that I have created experimenting with my new metallic watercolours. I have used my regular watercolours then highlighted with the metallic paint to create a gentle shimmer when in the light. Blue Wrens are my favourite bird to paint.

This is an original watercolour and no prints will be made of this artwork so you will be receiving a one off piece signed by myself.

I have used the flash on in the video to show the sparkle as a result the colours appear a little washed out they are deeper and more vibrant in person.
